The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is the Food Stamp program in Pennsylvania. These benefits are used to buy food and help eligible low-income households in Pennsylvania obtain more nutritious diets by increasing their food purchasing power at grocery stores and supermarkets.
