A PUBLIC UTILITY AND PUBLIC BENEFITS LAW UPDATES CLE is scheduled for October 6, 2011, from 1pm-2:30, and 3pm-4:30, respectively, at Top of the 80s in Hazleton, PA. Registration will begin at 12:30pm. The presenters are Patrick Cicero, Esq., of the Pa Utility Law Project for the first segment, and Peter Zurflieh, Esq., of the Community Justice Project and our own Bill McLaughlin for the
second.
*NPLS has sought the approval of the PACLE Board for 1.5 Hours Substantive CLE Credit for each of these topics, for a total of 3 credits for attendance at the entire program.
Program Overview
These seminars offer a variety of useful, practical information for legal practitioners who are new or relatively new to the practice of Public Benefits or Public Utility Law, or can sharpen the skills of experienced practitioners in those areas of law as well. Attendance at this program is free to any attorney who is willing to accept the referral of a pro bono case from NPLS over the next year. Otherwise, the cost is $15.00 per credit hour, made payable to North Penn Legal Services, Inc.
